The perfect morning consists of self-care, food, movement, and positivity. When waking up, stretching is necessary. You need to move in the morning. Laying in the same position all night makes the body tense, which is why you need to stretch. After stretching, it’s time to wash your face and brush your teeth. Get the crust out of your eyes and clean your face. I like to take showers in the morning to wake me up as well. Hot showers get your body ready for the day. It feels nice in the morning. After you are done in the bathroom, it’s time for the most important part of the day, which is breakfast. You need to eat to fulfill your hunger.
Nothing too heavy is best for your breakfast. I like to eat avocado toast in the morning. You can have some fruit, yogurt, orange juice, smoothies, eggs, and anything else. Depending on the person and the day, it’s good to watch the news. I read the news every morning, because you never know what is happening. Drinking coffee while watching the news is perfect on a cold day. Next, I would work on my blog. Hobbies are good to work on in the morning. I open the window and eat my breakfast while blogging. Everyone has different things they do in the morning. It depends on the person what they do. The perfect morning does not exist. For some, the perfect morning could mean sleeping in.
