This was my first time cooking swiss chard, and it was delicious. It tastes very healthy. I used the entire stalk and leaves. I added some onions and garlic to the swiss chard to add more flavor. The salmon was juicy and seasoned well. I used the air fryer, which is quick and perfect for the crisp. I added some boxed rice because I needed another side. I should have roasted some red potatoes. It was straightforward, and you can meal prep by switching the rice out for a healthier side. I loved the swiss chard. It helped my stomach.
