If you know me, you know I love watching movies and tv shows from back in the day. I get much of my music from these shows and have become obsessed. The music I recommend is a vibe and the best when you are hanging out with friends or by yourself. I have gotten into punk rock, jazz, pop, r & b, and reggae. Old television shows had the best music. The music went with everything and was such a vibe. These songs are such a nostalgia and I wish we could go back to this type of music. Let us start.

  • 3 Doors Down (Loser)- This is my favorite song at the moment. I listen to this on my way to work every day, then I listen to it in my dorm.

Brenda Weiler (You Sweet Thing)- I heard this song while watching Dawson’s creek and it has been on playlist ever since. It’s such a deep meaning song. I listen to this and turn off everything in my room. I like to listen to this song in the dark.

Catie Curtis (Troubled Mind)- This song gets me in my feelings. When you are tired, stressed, or depressed, this is the perfect song to lift your spirits.

Donna Delory (Always Thinking of You)- The ’80s/’90s nostalgia is amazing! This song came from the movie “Three men and a Little Lady.” I walk and bounce while taking a stroll outside. This is a song you have to dance to.

By Meets Girl (Waiting for a Star to Fall)- This is another nostalgia classic from the movie “Three Men and a Baby and Three Men and a Little Lady.” This is the theme song for the movie, and I love this song. This is on repeat.

Paula Cole (I Don’t Want to Wait)- The ’90s was a magical time for music. I wish we could go back to those times. This song is so soft. Her voice is so beautiful.

Sophie B. Hawkins (As I Lay Me Down)- This is a great song to feel good. I listen to this song while studying and relaxing. Her voice is so soothing.
