Last night I made another easy meal in my dorm. I wanted some stir fry, so I just put some things together. The best thing about stir fry is that you can add anything to it. I used my conventional oven and air fryer once again, and it was so quick. This is something anyone makes in their dorm room, and it was not complicated at all. I roasted all the vegetables in the oven and then added the teriyaki sauce and let it cook 5 minutes more until it got thick. I washed the shrimp, added olive oil, seasonings, garlic, and put I in the air fryer. The rice I used was quinoa rice. The vegetables I used were…

  • Squash
  • Zucchini
  • Asparagus
  • Shredded Carrots
  • Mushrooms
  • Thyme
  • P.F. Chang’s Teriyaki Sauce
  • Raw Shrimp
  • Quinoa Rice
  • Chopped Garlic
  • Olive OIL
  • Salt/Pepper
  • Paprika
  • Lemon Pepper
